Mr. Thomas contacted a professional adviser from HY Crane and had a very detailed and pleasant conversation. The adviser offered Mr. Thomas the catalogue of all the products and also offered him clear introduction of demanding products after knowing his needs and requirements. HY Crane has its own factories and production lines based in China. It has been dedicated in the field of cranes for many years and has supplied many countries with different types of cranes. Mr. Thomas had very good cooperation experience with HY Crane; therefore, he soon decided to order four Bridge Cranes, one Foundry Bridge Crane (75/30Ton), two Grad Bridge Cranes (20/10Ton) and one Bridge Crane for Container.
 
All the process went smoothly. Seven trucks were used for the delivery of products in March, 2020. Meanwhile, Mr. Thomas also did the payment of deposit and the balance payment on time. All of us knew that it was a tough time since the beginning of 2020. COVID-19 caused serious and negative effects on many companies and industries round the world but HY Crane still tried its best to offer the good service and products. HY Crane also appreciated the trust of Mr. Thomas during this special period. It was the joint effort from both side that made a successful and delightful cooperation.
