During the regular maintenance of the overhead crane, it was found that the important components such as the bridge and the main beam were deformed to different extents. The poor performance of the bridge was that the diagonal difference exceeded a certain range, and the main beam was bad. Performance is a side bend, do not know how to solve?

1. The consequences and treatment of the diagonal difference of the bridge of the bridge crane

Once the diagonal difference of the bridge of the bridge crane is out of range, it will directly cause the horizontal deflection of the wheel, and the rail will occur when the crane is running.
In order to restore the diagonal of the bridge crane to normal, it must be corrected. The first thing to do is to determine the size of the diagonal difference; then use the puller to match the flame correction.
In this process, the heating position should be controlled, which should be at the junction of the main beam and the end beam with the diagonal of the bridge. The heating area is also determined according to the actual correction amount. The heating direction is generally heated by the upper and lower ends pointing to the middle to facilitate the desired correction effect.

2. Reasons for the formation of the main beam side bend of the bridge crane

In the case of improper lifting or collision, the main beam of the bridge crane will bend inward. This is a partial bending, which usually has a collision mark, and the upper and lower covers are bent inward. The degree is also different.

3. The main beam of the bridge crane can be corrected by the correction

One of the effective ways to deal with this side bend problem is also correction, which can be performed simultaneously with the correction of the main beam downward deflection, that is to say, according to the requirements of the lower deflection deformation correction, the heating zone can be appropriately arranged at or near the side bend protrusion. So that the side bend deformation can return to normal.
In addition to the inward bend, the main girder of the bridge crane will also appear to bend outwards, which is caused by improper storage or storage. If it is not serious, it does not require special correction. After it is used, it will gradually move closer to the inside.
However, if the external beam of the main beam is relatively large, the general method cannot obtain a better correction effect, or the transverse plate of the convex portion should be cut transversely before the fire is fired, and then the puller or manual hoist and The flame correction can be used to straighten the main beam.
